Color customization is a key link in meeting the diversified needs of the market. However, in the key link of spunlace reinforcement, color stability has become a challenge that must be faced. During the spunlace process, the direct contact between the high-pressure water flow and the fiber may cause a series of physical and chemical effects, such as color fading, color bleeding or uneven color, which will seriously affect the aesthetics and market acceptance of the final product. Pretreatment technology: Before fiber dyeing, we use advanced pretreatment technology to treat the fiber surface with specific chemical additives to enhance the fiber's adsorption capacity and color fastness to dyes. This step effectively reduces the risk of dye shedding during the subsequent spunlace process and lays a solid foundation for color stability.
High-precision dyeing technology: We use advanced dyeing equipment and technology, such as continuous dyeing machines or high-pressure jet dyeing systems, to ensure that the dye can evenly penetrate into the fiber, while reducing surface floating color and improving color brightness and durability. By precisely controlling parameters such as dyeing temperature, time and pH value, we further optimize the dyeing effect and reduce color loss during the spunlace process.
Spunlace process optimization: During the spunlace reinforcement stage, we carefully adjust parameters such as spunlace pressure, water flow rate and jet angle according to fiber characteristics and color stability requirements to reduce excessive impact on fiber structure and adverse effects on color.
